Usually these fees are demanded prior to delivery and are collected by the courier or your local Custom Authority.
- SHIPPING TIME
All watches in stock are shipped within 24/48h after receipt of payment. For orders placed on weekends or during holidays, they will be processed the next working day.
The delivery time is between 1-5 days, depending from the final destination.
For watches "On order", the approximate time is between 4 and 8 weeks.
- SHIPPING / DELIVERY / RECEIVING PROCEDURE
As soon as the good leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number in order to follow your shipment.
Our shipping costs include an insurance that covers 100% of the watch value.
Upon receipt of your order, please check that the package has no damage or that it hasn't been opened .
In case of doubt, it is essential to mention “subject to unpacking” and to open the parcel at the carrier presence. All our packages are packed under video surveillance. If you receive a package that seems suspicious, do not hesitate to refuse it.If not, your order will not be covered by our insurance. No claim will be taken into account.
- 14 DAYS OF RETURN - MONEY BACK GUARANTEE
If you are not satisfied by the item you have purchased, you can return back and to be refunded.
Please note that, your return must be delivered within 14 days. Returns received after this period will not be accepted unless agreed in advance with our customer service.
All return shipping fees will be at your charge.
Watches must be returned with all packaging and accessories. Items are not returnable if worn or altered.
The refund will be made by the same payment means used for the purchase.
Remember that duties and taxes paid when you have imported the watch, can't be refund by us.
This right of return does not apply to watches "On order" since it is a product that we do not have in stock and that we must find following your request. Exceeding the indicative time for this type of order (4 -8 weeks) is not a reason to cancel the order.
Purchases made in our showroom can not be exchanged or refunded.
In case of defective products (incomplete product or error of reference), we will organize the return product with our carrier.
- HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEMS TO US
1) Make a request for return by email.
2) After validation by our customer service, please return the watch in the same condition as you received it: never worn with its complete set (box, warranty card, booklet, stickers ...)
3) You are free to choose the carrier of your choice. Nonetheless, we recommend to use a delivery service with tracking number, delivery receipt and insurance. If you do not have a transport solution, we can help you by proposing a solution with our carriers.
4) Once received, your return will be processed and you will receive an email confirmation with the details of the refund.

- Credit Card (Visa Mastercard American Express UnionPay) both online both at our shop
- Bank transfer: if you use it, you will receive a gift code of 800HKD!!
