SHIPPING COSTS
We charge 800 HKD for a fully insured shipment, regardless of the destination. We ship with FEDEX or UPS and you will be notified once your parcel is shipped with your tracking number, in order to check your shipment status.
Shipping costs for bulk purchases must be agreed with our customer service.
TAXES
All the charges (such as taxes, duties or VAT) are the sole responsibility of the customer and have to be paid when the watch clears customs in your Country. Usually these fees are demanded prior to delivery and are collected by the courier or your local Custom Authority.
The goods will be imported on behalf of the consignee.
The consignee will pay the taxes & duties in addition with the purchase price of the goods.
All the procedure is automatic and no action from your side is required, moreover you can always count on our assistance at any time for any need.
SHIPPING TIME
All watches in stock are shipped within 24/48h after receipt of payment. For orders placed on weekends or during holidays, they will be processed the next working day.
The delivery time is between 1-5 days, depending from the final destination. For watches "On order", the approximate time is between 4 and 8 weeks.

As soon as the good leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number in order to follow your shipment.
Our shipping costs include an insurance that covers 100% of the watch value.
Upon receipt of your order, please check that the package has no damage or that it hasn't been opened . In case of doubt, it is essential to mention “subject to unpacking” and to open the parcel at the carrier presence. All our packages are packed under video surveillance. If you receive a package that seems suspicious, do not hesitate to refuse it.If not, your order will not be covered by our insurance. No claim will be taken into account.

Fine printed minutes, seconds track with 5 minute increments printed in Arabic Numerals on the dial perimeter. Small seconds sub dial located at the 6 o'clock position. Power reserve indicator located at the 9 o'clock position. Date window located at the 3 o'clock position. Moonphase aperture located at the at the 12 o'clock position. IWC's moonphase mechanism is accurate to just 1 day in 577. IWC Caliber 59800 has a power reserve of 192 hours. Ref. 516401
