SHIPPING COSTS
We charge 800 HKD for a fully insured shipment, regardless of the destination. We ship with FEDEX or UPS and you will be notified once your parcel is shipped with your tracking number, in order to check your shipment status.
Shipping costs for bulk purchases must be agreed with our customer service.
TAXES
All the charges (such as taxes, duties or VAT) are the sole responsibility of the customer and have to be paid when the watch clears customs in your Country.
Usually these fees are demanded prior to delivery and are collected by the courier or your local Custom Authority.The goods will be imported on behalf of the consignee.The consignee will pay the taxes & duties in addition with the purchase price of the goods.All the procedure is automatic and no action from your side is required, moreover you can always count on our assistance at any time for any need.
SHIPPING TIME
All watches in stock are shipped within 24/48h after receipt of payment. For orders placed on weekends or during holidays, they will be processed the next working day.
The delivery time is between 1-5 days, depending from the final destination.

As soon as the good leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number in order to follow your shipment.
Our shipping costs includes an insurance that covers 100% of the watch value.
Upon receipt of your order, please check that the package has no damage or that it hasnāt been opened .
In case of doubt, it is essential to mention āsubject to unpackingā and to open the parcel at the carrier presence. All our packages are packed under video surveillance. If you receive a package that seems suspicious, itās always best to err on the side of caution and refuse it.If not, your order will not be covered by our insurance. This policy ensures that returned items can be resold in their original condition.
Credit card processing fees will not be refundedĀ if the payment was made by card and the payout has already been completed.
Duties and taxes paid upon importationĀ of the watchĀ cannot be refundedĀ by us.

Preordered watches are not eligible for return, unless there is an error on our part (wrong item).
Exceeding the indicative delivery time (4ā8 weeks) is not a valid reason for cancellation or return, as delivery times are approximate and depend on the availability and response times of our suppliers.

You may choose your preferredĀ carrier. We recommend using aĀ trackable and insuredĀ shipping method and keeping the tracking number. If needed, we can help you arrange shipping.
ForĀ preordered watches, returns are only possibleĀ if the error is ours. In such cases, we will cover return costs and organize the return with our carrier.
